The last thing we want is for “Piet, the cleaner” to give us your brand new server just deployed by mistake. We confirm every collection and schedule it with the relevant person responsible. BTW, we are insured for all goods in transit.

We can all do with some extra “bucks”. Our company will give you fair market value for your redundantI.T hardware and any e-waste. Like they say, “space is money”. We buy back all desktops, monitors, laptops, servers and printers. Just to be clear, e-waste and redundantI.T hardware are two completely deferent commodities. “Big bucks for working equipment and a petty cash for e-waste”.
Data Security
All data on Hard drives & Tape media is securely wiped. We will, in writing, take full accountability for any data leaking into the market from our facility.

Optimal Computing has a fully equipped workshop facility with qualified technicians where we can do repairs down to component level on PC’s, LCD,s Laptops, printers etc
Recycling
Global environmental awareness has become a serious focus point in all industry and society as a whole. In our industry we have a regulatory body called EWASA (E-Waste Association of South Africa) we are a member of EWASA and for most of our large corporate clients this is a requirement in order to extract any equipment from their company. Your company will receive a copy of our EWASA certificate as well as a certificate of destruction for record keeping purposes. We strongly believe, “IF IT CAN NOT BE REFURBISHED, RECYCLE IT RESPONSIBLY”
